This sound slightly different that Oliver's issue (ie no digital temperature indicator fluxuations and cycles constantly). But I have added the capacitors as per RayRay's pictures and I will give it a go next weekend. It was very easy to do. The jets ran for about 1 minute, then shut off and water poured out of the middle pipe from the tub. We assumed we didn't tighten it enough so we retightened and tried again.
