WebDec 8, 2024 · cllewis.1. Title says it all. 4 basically brand new tires on a 2013 I bought Sunday (86k miles.) Each tire was 5-10 PSI low, I have aired them all up to 35-40 PSI. I found the TPMS reset button, held it up to 30 seconds, after turning the key to "on" but the light just blinks for about a minute at start, and then stay solid forever. WebAug 2, 2024 · Start the car so that the TPMS system could register the changes. After that inflate the tire 3 PSI over the recommended level. After a minute deflate the tire completely. Wait for one more minute to reset the TPMS. Then inflate the tire to optimal PSI and let the engine work for another one minute. The light should stop blinking.
