Having the whole valve head green is unusual it seems. I note that all the cylinders have uniform green on the exhaust valves. I wonder what causes the green specifically.

A leak earlier in the intake system could effect one entire side and a leak in a cross over pipe could effect a couple cylinders (the latter mostly apply to carbureted induction systems). We can also see leaks from leaky sniffle valves/cylinder drains.
