WebAt first the scene starts and right away it’s like looking back on a good memory, when times were good and peaceful. Hell in this scene the siblings are more affectionate and brotherly than ever shown before. Michael is seemingly more innocent. Then as it starts unfolding it slowly goes from joyful to really bleak. WebThe big one for me was the ending where Michael is not seen dying in the end, which changes the whole feel and ends on an entirely different note (we'll get back to that soon). Overall it feels more refined. The new "The Godfather Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone" made me appreciate part 3 a lot more in retrospective that the flaws faded away.
