If they're in range and lined up in your cone of fire, it will hit them all. I recommend maxing out range and fuel tank size on this one. This type of weapon is best utilized for clearing out trash mobs. It chews through ammo and durability quickly.

From what I understand, plasma flamers fire damage out in a "cone" area in front of it. So you have a bunch of damage ticklers in that cone area. WebTwo Shot means your gun shoots 1 more projectile of the same type. So your Plasma Flamer now shoots two flames per ammo instead of 1. WebTwo-shot is still +25% damage for shotguns. Internally, projectile count and damage are separate values. The splitters work the same way. The armour coefficient is calculated on the combined damage, which is why shotguns are not completely useless.
