WebMar 10, 2013 · When I tried to re-install windows 7 using the samsung system recovery media (Disc), it skips copying windows files and stuck at "Expanding windows files 0%" The system recovery media was already included when I bought the laptop so I don't think there is an issue about ISO burning unless samsung had.
